The Department of Management was established in 1998 as part of the Faculty of Business and Management of I. Razzakov KTU.

The Department of Management is a graduate department of the IEF in terms of organizational structure and status.

The department provides an effective solution to educational, teaching and methodological, organizational, educational, and research tasks and training of specialists in the field of theory and practice of management.

The department employs: 12 teachers, 1 Doctor of Economics, 4 Candidates of Economic Sciences, 3 associate professors, 3 professors, 4 senior teachers.

2. Personnel management

The structure of professional training of students of the direction "Personnel Management" includes the development of managerial, economic, legal and psychological disciplines.

Students are actively engaged in scientific activities, participate and win in the performance of scientific and practical work. Students present their research results at Olympiads, competitions, grants, conferences of various levels, including international ones.
