SVE (College)


Secondary vocational education (College) trains mid-level specialists in the field of architecture, construction, transport, information technology and various sectors of the economy. Before the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On measures to increase the potential and competitiveness of educational organizations of higher professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic” dated July 18, 2022 No. 243, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 29, 2022 No. 414, SVE (College) functioned as a structural unit of KSUCTA N. Isanov.

The educational process at the College complies with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, is a single, purposeful process of training and education, in the interests of the individual, family, society and state. Training is carried out according to curricula developed on the basis of the State educational standards of the Kyrgyz Republic in the specialties of secondary vocational education, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

SVE (College) provides training in 9 areas and 21 specialties of secondary vocational education. Forms of study: full-time (since 2016) and part-time (since 2017). The student population at the beginning of the 2022-2023 academic year is about 2,400 students.

The quality of specialist training is ensured by the high level of teaching staff, incl. production workers and experienced university teachers. Pedagogical activities in the college are carried out by: doctors and candidates of science, teachers and senior teachers with sufficient experience in the field of education and in the specialties of the college. College teachers conduct classes using modern teaching technologies.

To ensure the competitiveness of educational services and strengthen the human resources potential of SVE (College), it adheres to a policy of constantly improving the quality of training of teaching staff through their acquisition of new scientific knowledge and modern innovative teaching methods. Particular importance is attached to the use of innovative technologies: interactive classes, project-based learning and computer technologies; problem-based lectures, seminars - debates, educational discussions, didactic games, simulation trainings, game design, presentations, etc. are practiced.

To achieve high quality training and appropriate performance indicators of the educational process, the college has approved the principles of academic honesty, ethics, and objectivity.

The educational process in secondary vocational education (College) is carried out in four educational buildings of KSTU. I. Razzakov (N. Isanov campus) in lecture halls, computer classes, laboratory rooms, there are sports grounds, an assembly hall, canteens, and buffets. In general, the area of educational premises, special laboratories and offices, gyms meets the requirements for educational premises of the State Educational Standard for Secondary Education. Indicators of the state of the classroom fund and the provision of laboratory equipment comply with regulatory requirements and the quality conditions of the educational services provided by the SVE (College).

Students have the opportunity to use computer and information library resources of the university. All this allows us to improve the quality of organization of the educational process and the formation of appropriate competencies in students.

Considerable attention is paid to educational work - the development of an active life position and the involvement of students in the public life of the university. Students participate in organizing and conducting events aimed at developing socially significant competencies, trainings, competitions, and holidays. The Senate, the body of student self-government, is active.

The knowledge, skills, values, spiritual and moral guidelines acquired while studying at a secondary vocational school (College) provide opportunities for professional activities and career growth. Motivate to continue studying at higher professional educational institutions, in particular, in all bachelor's programs of KSTU I. Razzakov.

The management structure of the college is represented by traditional bodies - management (director, deputy director, head of departments), College Council, Pedagogical Council, subject-cycle commissions, etc.
