I. Razzakov KSTU Polytechnic College is a dynamically developing educational institution that has all necessary conditions for training qualified specialists of intermediate level in 9 specialties of full-time education:
- Designing, modeling and technology of garments
- Maintenance and repair of radio electronic equipment (by branch)
- Maintenance and repair of computers and computer networks
- Electric power supply (by branch)
- Power stations, networks and systems
- Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles
- Maintenance of equipment in trade and catering
- Security in emergencies
- Organization of Transportation and Transport Management (by Types of Transport Except for Air Transport)
Period of study:
2 years 10 months on the base of 9 years.
1 year 10 months on the base of 11 years.
The students acquire fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for successful career in our college. The knowledge and experience passed to the students by highly qualified teachers and experienced specialists from the production sector.
All conditions created for you to become more confident, open and communicative, to be able to speak in front of the audience and make responsible decisions independently. These qualities will help you in life, at work, in family.

Successfully graduated, graduates receive a state diploma of secondary vocational education, and with it receive a wide outlook, professional skills and self-confidence.
College graduates can realize themselves: in the industries associated with the production, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity in power supply systems, in auto repair and trucking companies; in the areas of commodity, information and financial flows, printing and media structures, light industry, IT technology, maintenance and service of food industry equipment, organization of search and rescue work and emergency response, in fire and rescue units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, technical maintenance of the equipment etc.
Upon graduation from the college, our graduates also have the opportunity to continue their studies at higher educational institutions.
The college provides free training to willing students for ORT.
Joining the college, a former high school student will find himself not only in a new educational institution, in a new team, but also will be acquainted with the new system of modern education. In the short period of study at college, you can decide how correctly you chose your specialty, and already consciously go to the goal with the choice of further employment, as well as higher education institution for further study.
At present, the College provides training in equipped classrooms with multimedia equipment and licensed computer programs; multimedia language laboratory Dialogue-3; a sewing workshop; a training and laboratory center "Energetic"; a climbing wall training center; laboratories and training grounds of core departments of the University; training centers and company bases; a sports complex "Polytechnic". For students' independent work, there is a computer class with free Internet access.
AVN Information System and educational portal online.kstu.kg (Moodle) provide automation of student learning.
A professional psychologist works at the college to provide psychological and pedagogical support for the educational process. Consultations for students and parents are free of charge.
The college has access to the University Scientific and Technical Library Foundation with advanced technology, computer classes for students, with a range of information and library services: reading rooms, reference and information access room, electronic documentation room and the training and automation department, where computer centers with open access to the Internet are available. College students provided with the necessary scientific and educational literature, including an electronic library.
In addition to the main task - study, the college has a rich student life. After all, student time is one of the best pages of life. We traditionally host various festivals, annual Decades of Knowledge and Professional Championships, thematic meetings and evenings, competitions, holidays organized by students themselves, etc.
We have everything necessary for self-realization of students in creative, sports and social activities: the Council of student self-government, leading school, dance groups "Kara zhorgo" and "Ak biyke", komus ensemble "Dobush", leading school, KVN, women's council, sports sections and hobby groups. People take part in various creative competitions, sports competitions, youth forums, and webinars.
Thanks to this, graduates of our college are creative, competitive professionals who actively and effectively work in the ever-changing social and economic conditions of modern society.
These include well-equipped rooms, a study room (computer lab), a diploma project room, an isolation room, a kitchen equipped with electric stoves, a sink with hot and cold water, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a multiverse, a microwave, separate bathrooms and a shower room.
The dormitory staffed by an educator and has a control - permit regime.
To ensure the safety of students, faculty, and staff at the college: video surveillance is in place; a fire alarm system installed; an electronic permit system functions; there is 24-hour security.
