A copy of the passport and military ID (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic) must be presented in person when submitting the application;
Brief justification of the preliminary research topic
A copy of the employment record book certified by the Human Resources Department (if there is work experience)
Personnel record card
Notarized copy of the Master's degree diploma (translate into Russian)
Color photos sized 3.5×4.5 cm
List of published scientific works (in the absence of a list – abstract on the specialty with reviews of at least two industry experts)
Certificate of test completion (TOEFL 600/250/100, IELS 7.0)
Health certificate
Foreign citizens must provide a copy of the equivalence certificate of their education diploma to the diploma of higher professional education issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. All documents for admission to the PhD program are submitted in person. Retaking entrance exams is not allowed. (All documents must be submitted in a hard binder.) Document submission for admission to the PhD program is carried out from July 25th to September 20th, 2024. Entrance examinations will take place from September 23rd to September 27th, and enrollment will be completed by October 4th, 2024.
